1. ORDERS AND SHIPPING

 

Where do you ship to?

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Näas Jewelry does not ship orders to post office boxes.

 

2. EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY

Does näas jewelry come with a warranty?

Näas pieces are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in perfect condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Our warranty doesn’t cover general wear and tear, breakage, loss, or theft of jewelry and we’re afraid we can’t accept a return if your piece has been altered by another jeweler.

What materials do we use?

All of our materials are sustainable:

  • Lab grown diamonds D-F color and VVS clarity
  • 14K recycled gold

 

How do I take care of my jewelry?

Care guide:

  • Do not apply directly any substance, including lotion and alcohol
  • Clean only with soft brush, soap, and water
  • Dry with soft cloth
  • Avoid introducing them to jacuzzis or pools
